This Christmas celebrate your business or friend dinner at Magma. We have prepared an irresistible package for only 39€ /person (igic not included) which includes:
- Welcome drink.
- Gala menu.
- DJ and disco.
- Decoration.
- Holding with several groups to ensure the fun.
- Free parking and convenient access.
In addition, in order to enjoy a long night, the drinks will cost only 5€ each. But, if you prefer, we can offer you an open bar "made to measure" proposal.
The menu will be prepared by the renowned chef Pablo Pastor (Azulón Events) and will consist on:
Welcome drink:
- Mushroom croquettes
- Samosa foie gras and sour guava
- Poultry kebabs red curry
- Ferrero roche sausage and gold dust
- Creme brulee of foie gras with fried bread
Drink: white wine, red wine, champagne, beer and pineapple juice.
In the middle of the table:
- Iberian ham and tomato bread
- Variety of Canary cheeses
- Cheesse cream and smoked salmon
The first:
- Stuffed peppers with Iberian prey
- Creamy black potatoes scented prawns
Second:
- Wellington Fillet of pork with sauce and sautéed vegetables bernaise or duck confit on potato gratin and red fruit sauce
Dessert:
- Marquise chocolate chestnut sauce
Drink: white wine, red wine, champagne, mineral water and coffee

Magma Art & Congress Center is an internationally renowned building opened in 2004. Magma Art & Congress already has a collection of recognitions for its value: Regional Canary Architecture Award 2005, SINPROMI Accessibility Award in 2007 and Best Convention Center in Southern Europe by the magazine "Business Destinations."
The building was also nominated for the European Prize for Architecture Mies van der Rohe Award 2007, and in 2006 was a finalist in the Awards Foundation Architecture and Design (FAD) in IX Biennial of Spanish Architecture and Spanish Architecture Prize.
Fernando Menis, born in 1951 in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, studied architecture at the Escuela Superior de Arquitectura in Barcelona. In 1981 he teamed up with architects Felipe Artengo Rufino and José Maria Rodriguez Pastrana Malagon. From July 2004, Menis develops independent activity with his own firm.
Menis Arquitectos study consists, apart from Menis, on Sergio and Roberto Delgado Bruns. Among the most emblematic works of the study are, in addition to Magma Art & Congress, the Pool on the River Spree in Berlin, Estadio Insular de Las Palmas and the headquarters of the Presidency of the Canaries.
In his study, Fernando Menis is researching the line opened by Magma, signing projects such as the Auditorio Insular de La Palma, Fuerteventura Palacio de Congresos, Palacio de Musica Jordanek in Poland or the Church of the Most Holy Redeemer.On the other hand, is closer to the investigation of urbanism and tourism through workshops in Adeje and La Graciosa, Maritime Park Project in Puerto de la Cruz, the seafront in Garachico, the partial plan of Boavista in Cape Verde, and continues to promote high quality architecture for housing, as in the Ao-Di residential project in Taiwan or housing Moscardó Street in Santa Cruz de Tenerife.
